Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours maximum (excluding weekends).
Home delivery
Your delivery, to the address of your choice, is provided by the following carriers:
- DHL: UK, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland;
- DHL Paket: Germany;
- Colissimo & Chronopost DPD : France and Corsica.
Delivery time
Your package will be delivered to the address you provided within: 2 to 4 days.
Shipping
As soon as your order is shipped, your package number is available in your Tohaa Design customer area, under your order reference.
Secure payment
Payment methods
TohaaDesign offers several secure payment methods for your order:
- by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard, American express);
- through your PayPal account;
- Bank transfer.
Transactions carried out online are completely secure, thanks to our partner CIC Monetico.
Bank card details
When you purchase, your bank details are encrypted, then transmitted to the secure platform of the CIC Monetico server. The Tohaa Design site does not register or save your bank details.
As soon as your payment is validated, your bank card is debited.
The encrypted data is transmitted to the secure server and then destroyed. They are not kept, which is why TohaaDesign asks you to provide your bank details with each new Order.
