Can i place an order outside of France ?
Yes, we ship throughout Europe, within 2 to 3 days.
If i place an order at 1pm, when am i going to receive my order ?
All orders placed before 1 p.m. are shipped on the same day, therefore the next day for France and within 3 days for Europe.
Who should i contact in case of a delivery issue ?
You can contact us at any time, and we shall resolve the issue immediately with our service provider, who is in charge of your delivery.
