Are the colors in keeping with the photos on your website ?

Yes, it is not 3D and the visuals are not edited.

Can the lid be adapted on suspended toilet ?

Our lids adapt to all the toilets with EU standards.

Do you have a soft close damper ?

Yes, all our lids are equipped with a close damper, on all parts.

Is it easy to assemble ?

The assembling is extremely simple and fast, the assembly instructions are precise.

Does the other side of the seat also have a design ?

Yes, all the parts are printed.

Are the attachments treated against anti-corrosion ?

The attachments are treated with anti-corrosion.

There is often a small left-right movement or little space on the standard lids, is this the case on your products ?

TohaaDesign has opted for an attachment model with peculiar inserts, in order to avoid the slightest movement, once the seat has been fixed.

Can i find your products elsewhere other than your site ?

We are working on a store distribution network. The list of resellers will be available on the site.

DELIVERY

Can i place an order outside of France ?

Yes, we ship throughout Europe, within 2 to 3 days.

If i place an order at 1pm, when am i going to receive my order ?

All orders placed before 1 p.m. are shipped on the same day, therefore the next day for France and within 3 days for Europe.

Who should i contact in case of a delivery issue ?

You can contact us at any time, and we shall resolve the issue immediately with our service provider, who is in charge of your delivery.

Are my bank details saved ?

No, we never store our customers' bank details.

Through which bank does the credit card payment go through ?

We have chosen a bank for additional security, Credit Mutuel. Our payment terminal is equipped with a secure 3D.

Do you offer alternatives to paying by credit card ?
